NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-000714-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and BARRY C. SIMMONS A/K/A BARRY SIMMONS, ERIN SIMMONS, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR CIT GROUP/CONSUMER FINANCE, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 15th day of October, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

a portion of lot 60, lakewood forest, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 8, pages 46 and 47, public records of orange county, florida, being described as follows: begin at the southwesterly comer of said lot 60 and run n 24°09'57” W along the westerly line of said lot 60, a distance of 27.98 feet; thence n 80°43'18” E, a distance of 88.79 feet to a point on the southerly line of said lot 60; thence run s 57°01'18” w, a distance of 67.27 feet to the point of beginning.

a portion of lot 61, lakewood forest, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 8, pages 46 and 47, public records of orange county, florida, described as follows: begin at the northeasterly corNer of said lot 61 and run s 57°01'16” w along the northerly line of said lot 61, a distance of 61.96 feet; thence run n 80°43'10” e a distance of 12.34 feet; thence 89°35'26” E a distance of 63.72 feet to a point on the easterly line of said lot 61, said point being on a curve concave southwesterly having a radius of 40.00 feet; thence run along the arc of said curve, a distance of 15.07 feet to a point of reverse curvature with a curve concave northeasterly having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence through a central angle of 31°19'47” run northwesterly along the arc of said curve, a distance of 27.34 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
