NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 8, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-014725 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET LOAN OBLIGATION TRUST 2007-WF1 is the Plaintiff and NESTOR ALBERTO LEMES; LAURA SABELLA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; ISPC; TOSCANA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/09/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
