NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 28, 2013, in Case No. 2011-CA-010396-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange County, Florida, in which Provident Funding Associates, L.P., is Plaintiff, and Paul David Clark, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 7th day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, OF STONEYWOOD PHASE 1, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 57-59, INCLUSIVE RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
