NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order On Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated August 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-025568-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 16th day of October, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:

AND THAT PART OF LOT 13 HIAWASSA HIGHLANDS SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDNG TO THE PLAT BOOK Y, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NE CORNER OF SAID LOT 13, SOUTH 0°38`08” WEST ALONG THE EAST LINE 104.72; THENCE NORTH 89°46`36”, WEST 72.79 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0°38`08” EAST 104.72 TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 13; THENCE SOUTH 89°46`36” EAST 72.79 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
