LOT 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, AND 18, BLOCK L, WINDERMERE HEIGHTS SECOND SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THERE OF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK M, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH HALF OF VACATED ROAD LYING SOUTH OF LOTS 15, 16, 17, AND 18, AS PER OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4817, PAGE 2307, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 8240 OAK PARK RD, ORLANDO, FL 32819; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on October 17, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
