NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 48-2012-CA-020912-O, DIVISION: 43A, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and DHANRAJH TOOLSEE; SHEROMANI TOOLSEE; WESTOVER CLUB HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
The Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on the 10th day of October, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AS LOT 88, WESTOVER CLUB PHASE 2, A REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 71 AND 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
