has been filed and commenced against you in this Court and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Raul Gastesi, Jr., Gastesi & Associates, P.A., Attorney, whose address is 8105 N.W. 155th Street, Miami Lakes, Florida 33016, on or before, 2013, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Foreclosure.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
