CONDOMINIUM UNIT 16, BUILDING 1C, HIDDEN OAKS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED DECEMBER 30, 1982, AND RECORDED ON JULY 22, 1983, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3400, PAGES 281 THRU 385, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3421, PAGES 1951 THRU 1961, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3430, PAGES 126 THRU 139, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3473, PAGES 1964 THRU 1978, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3473, PAGES 1979 THRU 1993 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3487, PAGES 1446 THRU 1460, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3512, PAGES 1006 THRU 1023, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3949, PAGES 4951 THRU 4955, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
