NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 16, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-016007-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for The Certificateholders of The MLMI Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-HE1 is the Plaintiff and Michael Emza Caldwell a/k/a Michael E. Caldwell; Unknown Spouse of Michael Emza Caldwell a/k/a Michael E. Caldwell; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 21st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 257, PARK MANOR ESTATES, UNIT ELEVEN A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 23 AND 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
