NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-011761-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC bank usa, national association, as trustee for nhel home equity loan trust, series 2006-wf1 is the Plaintiff and billye brown, fairwinds credit union, state of florida, the islands of valencia homeowners association, inc., alicia brown, and UNKNOWN TENANT(s) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 14th day of October, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40B, the islandS phase 3, ACCORDING TO THE map or PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 111 and 112, inclusive OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
