NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 14th day of May, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 113733CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein KEPTNER PETTERSEN BOGSTED CAPITAL, LLC, Plaintiff, and LINDA J. CAVINESS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA J. CAVINESS; GABRIELLE AZAR LEVIN; ROBERT BADER; LVNV FUNDING, LLC; DISCOVER BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; and UNKNOWN TENANT 2, are defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 am by electronic sale at the website www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 14 day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 201, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 8, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 16A THROUGH 16Y AND 16Z7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 19646 Midway Blvd., Port Charlotte, FL 33948.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
