NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-001800 in the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, Plaintiff, and, RAYMOND QUINTANA, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at the hour of 11:00 AM, on the 26 day of December, 2013, the following described property:
Lot 9, BLOCK 2310, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION TWENTY, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 10A THROUGH 10F, INCLUSIVE, OF THE public records of Charlotte County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
