NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Sale dated September 18, 2013, and a Final Summary Judgment dated May 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-2009-CA-006714, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, is Plaintiff, and KRISTI L. DIBENE; CARL DIBENE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELCTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; SECTION 23, PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; LORI L.
