NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2013, entered in Case No. 12002302CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Successor by Merger to ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Lori M. Keller; Unknown Spouse of Lori M. Keller; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of December, 2013 in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 225, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 16A THROUGH 16Z-7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
