R. Yniguez, Kimberly B. Yniguez, Branch Banking and Trust Company, River Club Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 30th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
