Final Judgment was awarded on June 19, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 112008CA000233001XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff, and, JENNIFER ROSE BARNETT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER ROSE BARNETT; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 17th day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
