NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-004796 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, US Bank National Association as Trustee, for RASC 2006-EMX7 is the Plaintiff, Gabby A. Villa, Leonardo Cortazar, are the Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 16th day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 59, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 14, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7 AT PAGES 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
