NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-001465, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, UNKNOWN TENANT(S), ELIZABETH KAY WILLIAMS, EARLINE E. WILLIAMS A/K/A EARLINE ELIZABETH WILLIAMS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH KAY WILLIAMS and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EARLINE E. WILLIAMS A/K/A EARLINE ELIZABETH WILLIAMS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 16 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 2-1/2 FEET OF LOT 12, ALL OF LOT 13 AND THE WEST 12-1/2 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK E, BAD AXE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
