NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2013, entered in Case No. 2009 CA-010213 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee for the RMAC REMIC Trust, Series 2008-1 is the Plaintiff and Monta B. Erwin; Robin M. Erwin; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Braden River Lakes Master Association; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A.; are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK “C”, BRADEN RIVER LAKES, PHASE II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 191 THROUGH 196, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
