Condominium Unit No. A-106, LOUGH ERNE SECTION ONE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1000, Page 1519 and Condominium Plat Book 11, Page 104 both of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
