NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 10, 2013, in Case No. 12-2680-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Frank P. Potestio, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby of the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00A.M. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 16 day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 102, Building 3, Castillo I at Tiburon, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 2909, Page 1802, and subsequent amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
