NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 0909585CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC. MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2004-1, is Plaintiff, and RONALD G. ROSTER A/K/A RONALD GEORGE ROSTER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The West one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 30, Township 49 South, Range 27 East, Collier County, FL, Less and except the North 30 feet thereof.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
