NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 12, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-004732 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and YUNIA I. CHIO; ORLANDO MARRERO; WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; THE RESERVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 17 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 102, BUILDING 1, THE RESERVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3934, PAGE 0653, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
