NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-05801 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and James C. Degelman, Tenant #1 NKA Dave Mason, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 17th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 32, BLOCK 48, NAPLES PARK, UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE(S) 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
