NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 16, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-012344 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Dominic P. Carnevale are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on October 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK F, BAYSHORES GARDENS, SECTION NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
