NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 112012CA0040610001XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and BARBARA A. WILSON A/K/A BARBARA WILSON; THE COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AEGIS WHOLESALE CORPORATION; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, AT 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 16 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24, THE COVE ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 11 THROUGH 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
