NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 17, 2013, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-09158 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER GODWIN; SILVANA PRESIGA; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 16 day of OCTOBER, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF TRACT 6, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 195, PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 102, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
