NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 17, 2013, entered in Case No. 1006836CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and CRISTINA RODRIGUEZ A/K/A CHRISTINA RODRIGUEZ and MARTA NAPOLES A/K/A MARTA M. NAPOLES are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 16 day of OCTOBER, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF TRACT 110, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 59, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
