NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 0804955CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-OA7, is Plaintiff , and GODFREY MCKENZIE A/K/A GODFREY R. MCKENZIE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00am at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse , 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of OCTOBER, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT NO. 25, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 62, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 87, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
