Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 21, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
THE NORTH 25 FEET OF LOT 20 AND THE SOUTH 25 FEET OF LOT 21, BLOCK B, BEVERLY HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2609 4TH STREET EAST, BRADENTON, FL 34208; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on October 22, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
