NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 11 day of September, 2013, entered in Civil Case No: 13-CA-1401 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein CALDWELL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHARLES H. BORDEN IRA, Plaintiff, and TERRY DILOZIR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TERRY DILOZIR, IF LIVING, INCLUDING ANY UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAID DEFENDANT(S), IF REMARRIED, AND IF DECEASED, THE RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LEINORS, AND TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT(S); BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 am at the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUES ON 16 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 109, GOLDEN GATE ESTATE UNIT NO. 86, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty 60 days after the sale.
