NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-02273 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Karlo Matesic, Deborah Matesic a/k/a Deborah Ann Matesic, The Orchards Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 16 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS HOME 103, PHASE 24, BUILDING 24, THE ORCHARD'S CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1969, PAGES 646 THROUGH 839, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA., TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
