NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-02106 CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein South Bay Plantation Condominium Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Moise Thegenus and Emmeline Thegenus are the Defendants, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 17 day of October, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1204, BUILDING NO. 12, OF SOUTH BAY PLANTATION, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3908, PAGE 2101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2013 Rookery Bay Drive, Unit 1204, Naples, FL 34114.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
