notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order dated July 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-001372 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Abraham & Sweeney, PA as Trustee of the Grant Family Land Trust #15134 dated 3/4/2010 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on October 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 28, MEDITERRA PARCEL 110, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
