THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 4, BUILDING 13, AND AN UNDIVIDED 1/100 (PER UNIT) INTEREST IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF NO. 2, THE GLADES COUNTRY CLUB APTS. CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 445, PAGES 45 TO 158, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA .
and commonly known as: 167 HARRISON RD #4, NAPLES, FL 34112; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Naples, FL, on OCTOBER 17, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
