Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 18, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT A-104, LAKE POINTE CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1345, PAGES 971 THROUGH 1046, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
and commonly known as: 1452 WILDWOOD LAKES BLVD APT A104, NAPLES, FL 34104; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse Naples, FL, on OCTOBER 17, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
