NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA001807AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and JON ERIC STULTS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JON ERIC STULTS; DONNA MARIE STULTS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONNA MARIE STULTS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; ABERDEEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE COUNTY, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 17th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 165, ABERDEEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 61, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
