Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated SEPTEMBER 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2009-4270-CA, in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and DEBORAH RAMOS, et al., are the Defendants, Collier County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 15, IN BUILDING 161, OF GRANADA LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3969, PAGE 1537, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at The Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 17 day of October, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
