NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0908557CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3rd Floor Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 17 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 1, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 41, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
