NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007031-ES -, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AC6 is the Plaintiff ONELIO PEREZ, JR.; SUNTRUST BANK; LILLY D. PEREZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S)IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 14th day of October, 2013, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
