Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC3, Asset Backed Pass-through Certificates Series 2006-NC3. , is the Plaintiff and Unknown Spouse of Alfonso Jeffrey Vicente n/k/a Jennifer Jensen, Alfonso Jeffrey Vicente, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, at 11:00AM on the 29th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
