Butler, Key Vista Villas Homeowners Association, Inc, Synovus Bank successor by merger to Peoples Bank, Tenant #1 n/k/a Constanza Oeal, Tenant #2 n/k/a Bernice Oeal, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 29th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
