NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-005672-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, Successor by Merger to Union Planters Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and James Michael Sylvester a/k/a James M. Sylvester and Ann M. Sylvester, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on October 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 312, HUNTER'S RIDGE UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 122 TO 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
