UNIT 207, BUILDING 2, TUSCANO AT SUNCOAST CROSSINGS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6873, PAGE 568 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 107, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
