NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004295-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-14 is the Plaintiff and , JENNIFER WILLIAMS; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER WILLIAMS; and TWIN LAKES SUBDIVISION ASSOCIATION, INC; and PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR RBS CITIZENS, N.A.; and STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY A/S/O NANCY NAPOLI; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00AM on the 14th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, TWIN LAKES PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 22-28 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
