NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-000843-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pasco County's Public Auction website, www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 15th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 104, DRIFTWOOD VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 99 THROUGH 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
