NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51 2011 CA 000532 WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF SHARON L HOWARD, DECEASED.; PETER HENSE; DAVID HOWARD; LEISHA HOWARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHARON L. HOWARD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. via the internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com pursuant to Florida Statutes Chapter on the 23rd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 7, JERIVERNE PLAZA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
