Pasco County, Florida; go thence N 88 degrees 26 minutes 09 seconds East, along the North line of said SE 1/4, a distance of 660.00 feet; thence S 00 degrees 37 minutes 14 seconds West, a distance of 1760.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; Continue thence S 00 degrees 37 minutes 14 seconds West, a distance of 275.00 feet; thence N 88 degrees 26 minutes 09 seconds East, a distance of 663.50 feet; thence N. 00 degrees 37 minutes 14 seconds East, a distance of 275.00 feet, thence S 88 degrees 26 minutes 09 seconds West, a distance of 653.50 feet to the Point of Beginning, EXCEPTING the Westerly 25.00 feet for road right-of-way purposes.
