(ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS) AND ALSO, A 1/12TH UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE WEST 43.2 FEET OF THE EAST 343.2 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF TRACT 121 IN SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. (ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS) SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT RESERVED UNTO ALL OWNERS OF LANDS IN THE SAID SOUTH 1/2 OF TRACT 121, OVER THE NORTH 25 FEET OF SAID LANDS, AND SUBJECT TO UTILITY EASEMENTS, ONE OVER THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF SAID LANDS, AND ONE 6 FEET IN WIDTH RUNNING EAST AND WEST THROUGH SAID SOUTH 1/2 OF SAID TRACT 121, LOCATED 64 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID TRACT 121.
