Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final judgment of Foreclosure In Rem, dated September 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-016410-NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and CARL STUART, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 20, BUILDING 7, CURRY CREEK VILLAS CONDOMINIUM VILLAS, SECTION 1, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1298, PAGE 1808, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGE 21. LESS RIGHT OF WAY BY ORDER OF TAKING RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2729, PAGE 277, AND AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 18th day of October, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
